Datagrav LLC and the Industry Development Fund
signed an agreement on cooperation for the development of the State Industry Information System (GISP).
The Industry Development Fund is a Russian state institution and a development institute whose goal is to increase the global competitiveness of Russian industry and to implement an import substitution policy.
The decision to deploy the State Industry Information System (GISP) was made in 2015 on the basis of Federal Law No. 488-ФЗ "On Industrial Policy in the Russian Federation". Since 2016, the operation and development of GISP is conducted by IDF (Industry Development Fund).
At the end of 2016, several thousand of the largest industrial enterprises in Russia were already registered in the GISP System, and the system coverage keeps increasing.
GISP System is a new industrial policy tool of Russia, which is expected to be the strategic tool. The mission of GISP is to bring the velocity and effectiveness of the joint work between the executive powers and market entities to a new level.
On March 23, 2017, at the meeting of the Commission on Import Substitution in Industry, Vasily Osmakov, the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation noted that the GIS Industry will become the main platform for monitoring import substitution projects.
Within the framework of the agreement, the GISP comprises Datagrav services designed for the operational formation of workgroups, structured work on the preparation of documents and, as a result, improving the quality and effectiveness of the generation of strategic documents of industries.
Datagrav also provides tools for GISP, for organizing the joint work of departments of all levels of government, industrial enterprises and industry associations.
The cooperation of Datagrav LLC and the Industry Development Fund is one of the important stages in the inclusion of innovative solutions in order to ensure effective interaction between the state and industrial enterprises of Russia.
