Functionalities allowing to track the loss of relevance for individual records (not for the entire documents).

A typical record "By the end of 2017 it is planned to create..." can be used in a variety of consolidated documents (reports by industry, area, time range), provided with a limited period of validity. When this period is expired, the certain task is generated. Updates made to the original document will be automatically indicated in other related documents including summaries and reports.

Specific mechanism of task generation and integration of records, allowing for resolving of the context conflicts including non-obviousness of the correct version.

Resolving the issue of uncontrolled copy-pasting of outdated information

All links between documents are tracked, accessible and useful.

Updating of information in one of the documents will be automatically distributed throughout the entire text borrowing network.

The records which are not relevant anymore are automatically cleared from the company knowledge base. Still they are kept in the history that remembers everything.

Operation mode capable for monitoring of versions and repository for texts and files

The data received from the contractor is not only saved, but also used, transmitted and corrected directly in the system.

The history of attached files is being recorded; finding the correct latest version is always possible. The previous ones are also available, with no disorder associated with e-mailing and archives of retired employees.

Integration with e-mail clients, messengers and electronic document management systems

All operational data exchange can be closed in a single environment.

The familiar landscape stays intact and is complemented with means for fast record of a status or a sentence from the messenger, email or EDMS.

Managing the access to information

The ability to delegate work by sections of the compound document without disclosing the rest of the content.

The circulation of information is organized in a multi-path access model.
